  • The studio will open 15 minutes before class – If the door is locked, please be patient and wait until the instructor shows up to open the studio.
  • You WILL SWEAT so please bring towel.
  • Please take your shoes off before entering the studio.
  • Since some people will be finding their “yoga space” & possibly meditating before class, please practice “wise silence” once you enter the studio.
  • For sanitary reasons, mats are not provided.  Please bring in your own yoga mat if you have one. Yoga mats will be available for purchase at the studio.
