Starting with breath regulation and control, a slow beginning flow to warm up the muscles and lungs. Releasing tension in the areas most common in walkers and runners.Next through some higher cardio flowing postures building strength and stamina in all areas that might be missed in the usual neutral movement to enhance a more balanced range of motion in multiple joints and movement. Using the breath to lesson anxiety and stress as well as enhance mental clarity and a feeling of health and well being. Ending with some long holding, deep tissue releases/stretches. This practice will help reduce injuries, enhance performance and leave you feeling ready for the activities you enjoy.
