Fondest Memory: Spending two weeks hiking in the mountains in Colorado with a bunch of people I didn’t know and giving all my energy to peace and self-love. I also woke up and found a marmot sleeping on my feet one morning! Gotta love nature.

Indulgence: Spinach artichoke dip
Fondest Memory: Hiking to Pravicka Brana (rock formation) in the Bohemian Switzerland Forest during my time in the Czech Republic. I felt so capable and proud of my body for making the long hike, getting to see a gorgeous natural wonder, and navigating solo travel with a calmness I’m not used to feeling.

Teaching Style: FUN-ction follows good form. I love pairing fun, current and energetic music with speedwork and hills for a sweaty good time. I teach good form because a painful back or knees does not make for a happy workout. Happy Moving!

Fondest Memory: I have so many, including my wedding day, my two girls’ births, and traveling to Europe in my 20s.

Indulgence: Beach vacations and pizza =)
Fondest Memory: I’m lucky to have many to choose from. One of my favorites is an amazing unplugged vacation in the UP kayaking and camping with my husband and son a couple years ago.

Fondest Memory: Overcoming a serious mobility-related injury so I could be active! Shoutout to spin classes for helping me get through it
