Beginning September 21st, join Grace for a fun and dynamic series that combines the powerful practices of yoga and astrology into one! Learn to deepen your self awareness and align with the rhythms of nature and the cosmos through your yoga practice.
Beginning September 21st, join Grace for a fun and dynamic series that combines the powerful practices of yoga and astrology into one! Learn to deepen your self awareness and align with the rhythms of nature and the cosmos through your yoga practice. Each month, we will dive into one of the 12 zodiac signs and flow through poses and sequences that align with the energy of that sign and season. Each 75 minute class would include: ✨A handout with the key pieces of information to know to help you understand the basics of astrology ✨A brief introduction to the current zodiac season and how we will embody this energy with our yoga practice ✨A 60 minute all levels inclusive yoga class themed around the energy of the current zodiac sign ✨An optional 10-15 minute meditation and breath-work session to help you fully embody the energy of the season (you can also bring a journal to free write after your meditation if you would like!) This series is for everyone and is included with all packages! Even if you’re not into astrology, join us each month for a fun yoga flow. Grab your mat (and maybe a journal!), a friend, and join us for our first class in September where we will embrace the energy of Libra season!
