This is a workshop-style series co-taught by Madz VanWinkle and Megan Lewis. It's designed for beginners and experienced yogis looking to deepen their practice. The class will meet for progressive sessions. The course will delve deeper into discussions of proper alignment, breath, and the philosophy of yoga. Pre-registration is required and each student must commit to all weeks of the series. Sign up online, in studio or by phone.
